Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, or the following working day if delayed.

How we deliver

Most orders are sent with DX on a tracked, signed-for 24-hour service. Delivery times vary by destination and item size.

 

The delivery method for your order will depend on the delivery location, as well as the size and type of item(s) you've purchased. In some cases, we may use more than one courier for a single order—this is typically due to variations in product size and weight.

In some cases we will choose to deliver ourselves if it fits in with our delivery route and availability. 

Please note the following delivery information:

  • Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK Isles typically take 3–5 working days to arrive.

  • While we aim to dispatch items using a 24-hour or next-day courier service, we advise allowing 2–5 working days for delivery.

  • Orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched the same working day. During busy periods, please allow one working day for dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering via the Contact Us page. 

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or other drop-off/collection points.

Delivery is free on all orders across our website. The price shown for each product is the price you pay for UK delivery.

Currently, we can only fulfil small orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
